1. What is your booking procedure?

  • Once we receive your confirmation mail, we will block the rooms.
  • We will need full payment 30 days before your travel date.
  • You can make the payment via CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD through your Trip Dashboard. You can also do ONLINE BANK TRANSFER or CHEQUE DROP at our bank account.
  • Once we receive the payment, we will send you the RECEIPT acknowledging the amount received and confirming the service.
  • We will send you the HOTEL VOUCHERS. Please carry their printouts.
  • We will SMS you the driver details 24 hr before your travel.

 

2. Can you help me book Flight / Train / Bus ticket?

We book entire package. If your travel involves flight / train / bus travel, we'll take care of it. However, if you prefer to book them on your own, you are welcome to do it. Please note that we do not book standalone flights / train / bus tickets (if it if not part of the package).

 

3. Can you help me get visa?

As of now, we do not process visa.

 

4. Can you book a package outside India?

As of now, we do not book holiday packages outside India.

 

5. What are the various modes of payment?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and Cash Pickup. Please check Booking page for booking details.

 

6. Can I make part payment?

Yes, you can book your package by making advance payment of Rs 5,000. However, you need to make the full payment 30 days before the date of travel. For travel during peak season, you need to pay 50% the total bill at the time of confirmation.
